Apples VD skriver idag att han är homosexuell och stolt över det. Han skriver samtidigt att anledningen till att gå ut med det är att stärka andra HBT-personers självkänsla.

Tidigare har Apple bland annat officiellt aktivt motarbetat diskriminerande lagar som rör homosexuella samt deltagit i Pride-tåg i San Francisco.
